Founder & CEO
Marvin specialises in commercial real estate acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. With over 25 years of experience across the UK property market, he has advised private investors, developers, family offices, pension funds, and institutional capital on a wide range of investment and development opportunities.
Throughout his career, Marvin has been involved in the acquisition and management of multi-million-pound property portfolios spanning the retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors. He has led numerous value-add and repositioning strategies, including asset refurbishment programmes, lease restructuring, planning gain initiatives, and large-scale redevelopment projects.
Namarez Lyonheir
Asset Manager
A highly motivated commercial property professional with experience supporting acquisition, disposal, and asset management activities across a range of commercial real estate projects. Developed a strong understanding of property markets, investment analysis, and business development through direct exposure to real estate transactions and client engagement.
